If you have Primecare insurance coverage you must contact them to select your PCP Before your appointment. If this is not done, you may be responsible for the charges due at that appointment. This also applies if your insurance plan is an HMO, such as Anthem

Sebasticook Family Doctors serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a Healthcare Discount for services. Eligibility for this program is determined by your income and family size. For example, if you have a very small income you will be required to pay less than someone who has a larger income. Afraid your income is too high to qualify? You may be surprised! Call our Outreach Department at (207) 355-3049 as they can help you determine if you would be eligible based on your income.
